Hi there! I’m Mrs. Bananas
Baking has been a part of my life since childhood, and I’m so excited to offer my baked goods to the Albany New York Area.
Everything I bake is made in my home kitchen.
I’m mostly a self taught baker however I did spend some time at Schenectady County Community College taking their baking and pastry classes. I also completed the ServSafe program at that time. My time in the culinary arts program as well as my subsequent jobs in a local bakery taught me the importance of attention to detail, consistency and quality.
The name “Mrs. Bananas” has a fun backstory—my spouse would use the name “Dr. Bananas” in online games as “bananas” is very close to our last name. I loved it so much that I decided to start calling myself Mrs. Bananas
